An Le has been a longtime advocate for low-income workers’ rights. Currently, she is a researcher for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Local 1877, a union representing over 25,000 building service workers throughout California and well known for its groundbreaking “Justice for Janitors” campaign. Ms. Le has worked in the anti-human trafficking project at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and was a legal fellow at Koreatown Immigrant Worker Advocates (KIWA), an organization that fights to improve the conditions of low-wage immigrant workers in Los Angeles’ Koreatown neighborhood through worker empowerment, industry-based organizing, and advocacy.
While attending Loyola Law School, Ms. Le was a member of the Public Interest Scholars Program. After law school she was a Loyola Law School Public Interest Law Fellow. |
