Our approach involves using our expertise in enforcing judgments and representing workers in informal work sectors. We prioritize providing support to workers who typically lack access to legal services and advocacy.

Our Services
LEGAL ASSISTANCE
The Wage Justice Center directly represents workers fighting wage theft.
Services include assisting day laborers with mechanic’s liens, litigating cases and applying other strategies to collect unpaid wages.
COMMUNITY EDUCATION
The Wage Justice Center educates workers, volunteers and advocates on the rights, strategies and best practices to collect unpaid wages.
